On her best day, Darla was as dumb as a salt shaker
and tossing a beer can out her car window was only the start of her Monday. The
cop who pulled her over disregarded the beer and no seatbelt since he pulled up
her license plate number and found eight warrants in her name, including
jumping bail on a drug charge. She thought about it and said he had her mixed
up with someone else. “Step out of the car please.” Darla never could stay out
of jail.
